JB & Associates conducted an evaluation of City's parking operations to determine the Level of Service required for contract operation of the city's parking facilities. JB & Associates prepared the Request For Proposal for contact operation of the parking facilities that was issued by the City of Long Beach.
JB & Associates prepared the Request For Proposal for Downey Fixed Routes and Para-Transit transportation services to procure Contract transportation services for the City.
JB & Associates provided technical support in determining the combination of both the fixed route and diner I services under one contract for cost-effectiveness. Evaluated the need for replacement of existing leased vehicles with the option of procuring new vehicles by the city. Prepared detailed cost proposal worksheets to be used in the RFP process. Assisted the city in responding to questions during the RFP process.
